Where it all began

We know we’re not alone when it comes to wanting to buy gifts for others that we’ll be proud to give.  And that’s where the problems start.  Vast department stores that are full to over-flowing with items that just don’t fit the bill.  Little gift stores that seem to be full of the same old stuff that no one really wants or others that cost the earth.

It doesn’t have to be this way. We have three clear goals that make up Innova Gifts and ‘the art of giving’:

First Goal: The gifts themselves

We’ve put a lot of time and effort into finding a range of exquisite gifts that you would be proud to give and receive.  The first ‘art of giving’.

• For Him (not easy at the best of times but we think we’ve cracked it)
• For Her (oh goodness, where do we start but there are lots here to choose from)
• For Baby (not a silver hairbrush or silver scroll on this site, just lovely things)
• For Special Days (distinctive items for important people and days)
• For Home (gifts that will grace the finest homes and you’ll be delighted to give)

Second Goal: Gift Presentation

Busy people don’t have time to go from store to store trying to find that perfect gift, then think about the right wrapping paper let alone wrapping it all up, so we take that on for you.  All our gifts will arrive either gift boxed or gift wrapped in our specially designed boxes and paper, or not if you ask us not to.  You can even add in your own words on one of our special message cards and we’ll do the rest. The presentation of gifts is the second ‘art of giving’

Third Goal: Superb Customer Service

We pride ourselves on the service we give our customers.  We’re here to help so if you need anything, just ask and we’ll do whatever needs to be done.  We promise our customers, the best service we can; ‘this is the third ‘art of giving’.
